Description
EASA Part 66 Module 02 Physics Compliant (2023-989)
As with all ATB EASA modules, Module 2 Physics strictly follows the requirements of EASA Part 66 (2023-989), including its content, sequence, and the necessary learning levels (L1, L2, L3) required for B1 mechanical and B2 avionics maintenance technician programs. This module is approved by many national authorities and is included in the training programs of Part 147 schools within their jurisdictions.
In accordance with EASA Part 66 Appendix 1, the topics in Module 2 Physics are divided into seven sections:
- Matter (L1)
- Statics (L2)
- Kinetics (L2)
- Dynamics (L2)
- Thermodynamics (L2)
- Optics (L2)
- Wave Motion and Sound (L2)
A complete table of contents is available through the Look Inside feature. Each topic is explained in clear, understandable text with full-color illustrations, following a step-by-step approach. You will gain a solid understanding of key physics concepts and how these skills are applicable to the daily tasks of an aircraft technician in the aviation maintenance environment.
For FAA A&P students, all required topics are covered, though at the higher level of proficiency required by the EASA Part 66 physics standards.
Instructor Services: For schools interested in adopting EASA Part 66 Module 02 Physics as their primary study material, we offer additional services such as projectable image banks, EASA Part 66 exam physics databases, and extra support tailored to meet the requirements of competent authorities. We also provide access to a comprehensive Part 66 physics question bank and study materials to assist students in their EASA Module 02 physics exam prep.
